The rules
- Every advert says it is an advert, in plain words, in every format. No exceptions and no small print.
- Nothing is sold to the people in it. We do not pass on names, addresses, documents or anything about what somebody is filing — not to an advertiser, not to a network, not to anybody.
- No third-party tracking scripts, no pixels, no fingerprinting. Your advert is served from this server and measured by it, and you get the figures.
- Nothing that competes with a member's own case: no lead generation for opposing counsel, no litigation funding pitched at a person mid-filing, no fake court forms.
- Paying members are shown fewer adverts, and none at all in some places. That is deliberate, and it is priced in.
